Nice little 2 family house in the middle of the countryside. We are only approx. 1 km away from the capital Sarnthein. A nice little walk. We provide our guests with their own barbecue area for cozy evenings. Our little guests will find enough space to play around the house (Table tennis, slack line, trampoline, climbing poles .…).

Skiing, cycling, hiking or just enjoying the village life …! You can start hiking and cycling tours directly from our house. You can go skiing in the Reinswald ski area, 15 km away. For your ski tours you can go to Reinswald, Durnholz or the Pensertal. For cross-country fans there is a perfectly groomed slope in the Pensertal.

On hot summer days you can cool off in the outdoor pool (approx. 1 km). Tennis courts, bowling alley and climbing hall are located in the village center of Sarnthein (1.2 km) and can be easily reached on foot. All events - bars - restaurants are on sarntal.com

from 125 € Vacation apartment on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 sofa bed - one in the living room and one in the "honeymoon suite" in the attic with a double bed. In total we can accommodate up to a maximum of 13 guests (on request). There is also a crib for the little ones.
